Hop into a full day of Easter fun at our Easter Creative Camp! Kids will get crafty with a cute bunny painting on board and sculpt their very own bunny pot! Next, they’ll create an adorable chicken pinch pot to hold their Easter eggs, adding a handmade touch to their holiday treats. To wrap up the day, they’ll sing and dance to ‘I Promise You’ from the Peter Rabbit movie, learning both the lyrics and choreography for a heartwarming Easter celebration!

POP PRINCESSES CREATIVE CAMP
Get ready to unleash your inner pop star at our Pop Princess Musical Theatre Workshop!
Spend a full day diving into the dazzling world of icons like Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, and Olivia Rodrigo, as you master the lyrics and choreography to Problem/Can’t Feel My Face from & Juliet! But that’s not all—design your own pop-inspired polymer clay jewelry, then strike a fierce pose in our Photo Booth for the ultimate star-worthy snapshot!
Whether you’re a rising diva or just love to perform, this workshop is your time to shine, sing, and sparkle!

ENCHANTED CREATIVE CAMP
Step into a world of magic and wonder at our Enchanted Workshop! Young dreamers will spend the day creating their own A3 watercolour masterpiece, visiting the Wand Bar to design and decorate a wooden wand, and even concocting their own wishing dust!
Then, they’ll bring the magic to life by learning the lyrics and choreography to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo from Cinderella! With fairy-tale fun around every corner, kids are encouraged to dress as their favorite enchanting Disney character for a day filled with creativity, music, and spellbinding experiences!

WICKED CREATIVE CAMP
Defy gravity and step into the magical world of Wicked at our full-day creative camp! Kids will learn the lyrics and choreography to One Short Day from the hit musical, dive into exciting character explorations and activities, and get hands-on at our Potions Bar and Bead Bar—where creativity knows no limits! To wrap up the day, they’ll wind down with a special viewing of the Wicked movie, bringing all the magic to life on screen. A spellbinding adventure awaits—are you ready to be a little bit wicked?

MINIONS CREATIVE CAMP
Get ready for a full day of Minion mayhem at our ‘Minions’ Creative Camp! Kids will bring their favorite yellow troublemakers to life by painting a wooden Minions head artwork with acrylics and sculpting their very own mini Minion character. Then, it’s time to get messy at the slime bar, where they’ll mix up some banana slime—because what’s a Minion without bananas? To top off the fun, they’ll sing and dance along to ‘Fun, Fun, Fun’ by Pharrell Williams, learning the lyrics and choreography for the ultimate Minion-style party!

UNDER THE SEA CREATIVE CAMP
Dive into creativity at our ‘Under the Sea’ creative camp! Kids will explore a world of ocean-inspired art as they craft a stunning mixed-media ‘Under the Sea’ coaster and bring a graceful jellyfish to life with watercolours. They’ll also create a vibrant ocean sand art scene, layering colours and textures. To top it all off, campers will sing and dance their way through ‘Big Blue World’, learning both the lyrics and choreography to this beloved song from Finding Nemo. It’s a day of colour, creativity, and underwater adventure!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO
What to bring: Please ensure your child brings along a drinkbottle, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
Drop-off/Pick-up Prodecures: Doors open for drop-off 15 minutes before a Full Day Creative Camp start times. We ask that you please supervise your child on the grounds before doors open. Staff will then sign your child in and doors will be locked for the duration of the workshop.
Pickup will commence 15 minute prior to the workshop end time. We ask that you please be on time. Delayed pickups more than 15 minutes after workshop completion, will be charged an additional fee.
Contacting us during the day: If you need to contact us during the day we ask that you please call the studio number on (02) 4023 5552. If our staff are occupied, we ask that you leave a message and we will return your call asap. We understand (especially for younger kids) you may be anxious leaving your child for the first time, however rest assured, we are happy to keep you updated with how they are going throughout the day.
Safety: All of our staff hold ‘Working With Children Check’s’ and our teachers are first aid trained. We also manage our workshops with a staff to student ratio of 1:10.
NB: Our Full day Creative Camps are drop-off/pick-up and all attendees must be confident toileting.
Cost: All ouf our Full Day Creative Camps are $125. This includes staffing and all creative resources.
Medical Alerts: Please advise Hive staff at the time of booking if your child has any allergies or health conditions. This allows us to properly staff the workshop to meet the needs of all kids on the day. Allergy alerts or intolerences are particulary important in the event that kids will be handling food (i.e cupcake decorating).
BOOKING POLICIES
Holiday Workshop Fee Info
Fees displayed are per workshop, per student.
Creative Kids Vouchers: submit your voucher BEFORE enroling.
Cancellation Policy: Please choose carefully. Our workshop art equipment is pre-purchased and staff are booked in more than 6 weeks prior to workshops starting. Due to these factors, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: 85% refund
• Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: no refund unless the exceptions below are met.
– Exceptions #1 – If you request to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your workshop: We will attempt to sell your spot to another client. We keep waitlists for all workshops once they are fully booked. If we can sell your spot, you will be offered an 85% refund or credit to your Hive account for use with future holiday workshops.
– Exceptions #2 – Illness: If your child is sick your spot will be cancelled and you will be offered an exchange for another workshop within the same holiday period. If you are unable to reschedule to another workshop, an 85% credit will be issued to your Hive account for use in future Holiday workshops upon receipt of a doctors certificate. (this credit does not apply to term classes).
Workshop Exchanges:
You can exchange your booked workshop for any other workshop of the same value within the same holiday period wherever vacancies exist. Exchanges must be made by contacting our office and receiving confirmation from them at least 2 days prior to your booking.
Workshop information:
Full Day Bookings – Students who are booked into both the morning and afternoon sessions will be supervised between workshops while they eat lunch.
Allergies / Anaphylaxis: Notify our staff at sign in, bring an epi-pen and any medications.
Late Fees: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for pickup your account will be charged $10 per 15 minutes in order to cover the cost of our staff who need to stay back with your child.
